How It Works

Three steps from delivery to operational water and waste service on your construction site.

1

Deploy

Units arrive pre-filled (Water Box) or empty (Waste Box). Fork pockets for side-lift placement. Optional wheel kits with reinforced jack ports for repositioning on-site. No crane required when empty.

2

Connect

Standard cam lock fittings — 1" for freshwater, 2" for waste. Connect to office trailers, shower trailers, or restroom trailers. Daisy-chain up to 3 units for expanded capacity. Battery-powered operation requires zero shore power.

3

Service

Scheduled refills for Water Boxes, scheduled pump-outs for Waste Boxes. High-level alarms prevent overflow. Modular pump plates swap in under 15 minutes — no trailer downtime during maintenance.

Why These Units Exist

Construction PMs know the problem: office trailers need water and waste service, but nobody builds a purpose-built solution. Until now.

Modular Pump Plate

~12" x 12" board, 4-bolt mount, 12V 2-pin plug. Swap the entire pump assembly in under 15 minutes. No plumbing changes. No electrician. Field crew handles it.

🔗

Daisy-Chain Architecture

Connect up to 3 Water Boxes or 3 Waste Boxes via 2" cam lock connections. Tanks equalize through bottom connections. Scale capacity from 660 to 1,980 gallons without changing infrastructure.

🔋

Battery-Powered Operation

Deep-cycle battery runs the Moro DC-10 pump without shore power. 110V shore power available as a trickle charger. Deploy anywhere — no generator or electrical hookup required.

🔒

Dual-Pump Redundancy

Waste Boxes run dual sewage pumps with dual sump basins. If Pump #1 fails, Basin #1 spills over to Basin #2 automatically. Zero overflow risk. Zero emergency calls.

Multi-Level Alarms

High-level alarm on sump Basin #1. Separate high-level alarm on waste totes. Power-loss alarm (red light + beeper) on deep-cycle battery. Three independent warning systems.

Winterization-Ready

2" male cam lock pump-out port with drop tube to sump bottom enables complete evacuation. No residual water in basins. No freeze damage. No off-season surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions

A Water Box is a self-contained 660-gallon freshwater supply unit built on a modular frame with dual 330-gallon IBC totes, a Moro DC-10 pump (20 GPM), and a deep-cycle battery. Unlike a water truck, a Water Box stays on-site as a permanent supply station. It connects directly to office trailers, shower trailers, and restroom trailers via 1" cam lock fittings. No driver. No scheduling. Continuous pressurized water on demand.
A single Water Box can feed two 8-stall shower trailers simultaneously at 20 GPM. For office trailers with lower water demand, one Water Box supports multiple units. Daisy-chain up to 3 Water Boxes (1,980 gallons total) for large-scale deployments. Waste Box capacity depends on usage — 660 gallons typically supports weekly pump-out cycles for standard office trailer configurations.
No. The Water Box operates on a deep-cycle battery that powers the Moro DC-10 pump independently. Shore power (110V) is available as an optional trickle charger to extend battery life on long deployments, but it is not required for operation. The Waste Box uses a DOT battery for alarm functions only — the sewage pumps run on their own power circuit.
On the Water Box: the modular pump plate (12" x 12", 4-bolt mount, 12V 2-pin plug) swaps in under 15 minutes. No plumbing disconnection. No electrician. Field crew pulls 4 bolts, unplugs the connector, drops in the replacement plate, and reconnects. On the Waste Box: dual sewage pumps with dual sump basins provide built-in redundancy. If Pump #1 fails, Basin #1 spills over to Basin #2 automatically while you schedule the repair.
Connect up to 3 Water Boxes or 3 Waste Boxes using 2" cam lock connections between units. On Water Boxes, the tanks equalize through bottom connections — water levels balance automatically across all connected totes. This scales your capacity from 660 gallons to 1,980 gallons without any infrastructure changes. Same cam lock fittings, same pump output, just more capacity.
Yes. Fork pockets allow side-lift placement with a forklift (units must be empty for fork pocket transport). Optional wheel kits with reinforced jack ports allow repositioning without a forklift. For initial delivery and removal, units transport on a flatbed or trailer.
