We install a distribution panel (spider box) at the generator that splits the output to individual trailer feeds. Each trailer gets its own breaker-protected circuit. Cable runs are sized based on distance and load. We handle the entire setup — generator placement, distribution panel, cable routing, and breaker connections at each trailer.

Depends on the load. Two standard office trailers with HVAC and computers typically draw 15-20 kW combined — the 30-40 kW tier handles that. But if either trailer has a full breakroom, server room, or water heater, the combined draw can exceed 40 kW. When in doubt, tell us your trailer specs and we will calculate the load.

At 75% load, expect approximately 3.5-4.5 gallons per hour. Over a 10-hour workday, that is 35-45 gallons. The integrated 24-hour fuel tank ensures uninterrupted operation through a full work cycle. We set up scheduled fueling based on your actual consumption rate — typically every 1-2 days for full-load applications.

Start with two trailers at 20 kW combined, and you have capacity to add a third trailer or breakroom appliances later. If you outgrow the 50+ kW tier, we can swap to a larger unit (up to 200 kW) without changing your distribution panel or trailer connections.
